NORTHEAST KANSAS COALITION FOR REGIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT Membership and Dues NEKCRED encourages the following entities to join the organization: businesses, corporations, governments, tribal governments, cooperatives, associations, economic development entities and any interested individuals. There are two classes of membership in NEKCRED: Voting Members: Annual dues-minimum of $100. Any representative of a business corporation, government, tribal government, cooperative, association, economic development entity or interested individual living or doing business in the NEKCRED region. Associate Members: Annual dues-minimum of $50. For retired individuals, employees, or individuals who are not in business for themselves, and entities located outside the six-county region.
